💯 Emphasys Centre is proud to be part of the KA2 Erasmus+ PhysicsKIT4STEM project along with five distinguished organisations from different European countries.
👉 The aim of the project is to improve the quality of teaching in STEM education through a hands-on approach involving the use of DIY kits, electronics, programming and a Raspberry Pi computer to teach physics. In addition, the project advocates gender-balanced STEM classrooms and aims to pique the interest of students, and more specifically young girls, to science and engineering subjects.
❗ Due to the current travelling restrictions, the kick-off meeting of the PhysicsKIT4STEM project took place virtually on the 10th of December 2020. During the meeting, we had the pleasure of meeting the consortium, as well as analysing the main objectives of the project and discussing the next steps forward in regard to the modules to be developed by each partner.
