📣💙We-R-Open project meeting in Porto, Portugal!
👉Emphasys Centre was proud to participate in the first face2face meeting of the Erasmus+ project We-R-Open: An educational approach for digital upskilling of Teaching, Managerial and Administrative staff of VET Schools.
👉We-R-Open project’s overall objective is the digitalisation of VET institutions through the development of an Online VET classrooms Toolkit for VET teachers and an e-learning course for the administrative and back-office staff of VET institutions.
📆The meeting was organized by the project coordinator FORAVE and took place in Lousado, Portugal on the 4th and 5th of November 2021. Although the consortium has been working together since March, this is the first time that they had the chance to meet in person.
1️⃣The first day of the meeting began with an update on the project website by Emphasys, followed by an update on the Socia media strategy by the partners from DLEARN. Next, the partners from IDEC presented the Online Toolkit for VET teachers (IO1) and all of the partners proceeded to discuss the next steps and deadlines related to IO1.
2️⃣The second day of the meeting was dedicated to IO2: e-Learning course for VET schools’ administrative and back-office staff. Emphasys presented the first draft of the training curriculum and discussed with the rest of the partner’s matters related to the format and types of material that will be developed for the course. Before ending the meeting, FORAVE clarified issues related to the Interim Report
🙏A big thank you to the coordinator of the project FORAVE (Portugal) for the warm welcome and great organization, as well as the rest of the partners IDEC (Greece), IEK DELTA (Greece), DEFOIN (Spain), and DLEARN  (Italy) for the productive meeting and great collaboration.
