People with disabilities face important challenges in the labour market such as lower employment rates, earnings and employer discrimination. Across the EU, only 50.8% of people with disabilities are employed, jeopardizing social and economic inclusion.
Emphasys Centre participated at the online C2 – Blended Mobility Event for adult learners, as part of the Erasmus+ ADULT project ‘ ENTRE4ALL – An Innovative Outreach Programme To Equip Adults With Disabilities With Key Competencies (Social Entrepreneurial And Digital) between the 23rd until 25th of November 2021.
The event offered a great opportunity for adults with disabilities around Europe to exchange good practices, create networks, and take part in different workshops related to social entrepreneurship, financial and digital competencies.
A big thank you to the coordinator of the project Center Ponovne Uporabe (Slovenia), as well as to our partners RIC Novo mesto (Slovenia), Δήμητρα Εκπαιδευτικός Οργανισμός (Greece), Emphasys Centre (Cyprus), Kentro Amea Agios Lazaros (Cyprus) and Equalizent Schulungs und Beratungs GmbH (Austria) for the great activity.
A big thank you also to all the participants for supporting and embracing the ENTRE4ALL project.
