The pilot testing for the BLITT project organized by Emphasys Centre on the 13th of October virtually with 10 trainers/adult educators.
The hosting organisation (Emphasys Centre) hosted virtually through the Zoom platform the pilot testing phase and the piloting started with an introduction to the BLITT project, the main results, the impact on teachers and education in general and the main findings throughout the project’s lifetime.
Then, Emphasys presented the ‘Blended Learning Process’ which includes the definition of blended learning, the terminology used during the project and the benefits of blended learning. Then a transformation plan and case studies were presented and discussed with the adult educators and they provided their feedback and comments regarding the different case studies.
Lastly, a practical activity has been designed by the hosting organisation for adult educators/teachers to present and think of new methodologies they used/they would like to use for the blended learning process.
