Skills are a pathway to employability and prosperity. With the right skills, people are better equipped to find or secure good-quality jobs. In a fast-changing global economy, digital and employability skills determine competitiveness and the capacity to drive innovation. The Erasmus+ Eskills4all project offers FREE opportunities to adults (with emphasis on women) to upgrade their digital and employability skills, so that they can be better empowered to re-enter work.

Emphasys Centre has participated in the 3rd transnational meeting which was organized on the 22nd of November 2018 in Luxembourg. During the meeting, the consortium finalised the digital courses essential to bridge the digital gap developed to be offered both online and during the face to face training. This will be done through the development of a multi-assessed e-tool based on an interactive and dynamic platform which is currently under construction. The tool will offer opportunities for validation and recognition of the newly acquired skills.

The project was approved by the UK National Agency and the coordinator of the project is Civic (UK) . We would like to thank the colleagues, as well as the hosting organization WIDE / Women in Digital Empowerment Luxembourg (LU) and the rest of the partners: M.K.O. CIVISplus (GR), ANT1.com.cy (Cy) and Agentia pentru Dezvoltare Regionala Nord-Est (RO) for the fruitful meeting.
