The “CT+: Creativity training for Europe” project under the Erasmus+ Programme aims to promote the development of relevant and high-quality skills and competences that will support adults and especially women to enter the labour market.
Emphasys Centre participated in the 2nd transnational meeting in Potenza, Italy between the 24th – 25th of June 2019. During the meeting the consortium analysed the results of the Teaching and Training activity that was held in Nicosia, Cyprus last May and identified essential competences to be acquired e.g. creativity and innovation linked with entrepreneurial skills, employability skills, creative and critical thinking, branding and networking, problem-solving, business and marketing, conflict and stress management and many others. The consortium’s priority was to ensure that the competences and training to be developed will target the needs of the beneficiaries so that they could be fully exploited and used by relevant organisations, adult trainers and individuals,.
