Emphasys centre successfully organised the C1 – Short-term Staff Training, which took place in Nicosia between the 23rd – 25th of July 2019 for the Erasmus+ KA2 project titled “e-SKILLS4ALL: A Digital Skills Tool Kit for Low Skilled Adults Focusing on Women Re-Entering the Labour Market”.
The objectives of the training were to present and pilot-test all products and procedures before the implementation and to support ICT professionals who will take the role of MENTOR during the process of upgrading and validation of competences.
During the first day of the meeting, all Modules and the Tool Kit were presented, with all essential elements required to support organisations to set up an eSKILLS4ALL HUB and deliver an UPSKILLING PROGRAMME. The following day was devoted to the presentation and analysis of the e-tool which will be used during the training for: profile creation, online learning, e-digital bank, assessments and the Open Badges. On the final day of the meeting, a presentation of the dissemination campaign was made, to ensure participation, raise awareness and encourage low-skilled, unemployed adults and in particular, women to follow the digital up-skilling programme to be offered. The meeting concluded and the next steps were discussed.
