HR-managers agree that training for soft skills is the top priority for talent development and job-seekers should invest in skills with an unlimited shelf life (LinkedIn, 2018).
Emphasys Centre had the pleasure of hosting the C1: Short-term joint staff training for the Erasmus+ Adult project titled ‘SoftSkills4EU: Promote your Soft Skills with Open Badges ‘ between the 18th – 22nd of November 2019 at Emphasys Centre, in Nicosia.
The training was a great opportunity for professionals around Europe to get familiar with all the teaching material developed so far and to experiment with the interactive e-learning platform (https://academy-softskills4.eu/).
Upon the completion of the training, participants were awarded with the ‘Soft Skills Mentors Badge’ and they are now in a position to organize and monitor the upcoming pilot tests in their countries taking the role of the Mentor.
We would like to thank the coordinator of the project RIC Novo mesto (Slovenia) as well as the rest of the partners
Promimpresa (Italy), Visoka poslovna škola PAR – Rijeka (Croatia) and Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (Netherlands) for their excellent collaboration.
A big thank you to all the participants for their willingness to adopt the methodology of the SOFTSKILLS project.
