Emphasys Centre participated in the 3rd meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 Project Codeskills4Robotics, organized in Söderhamn (Sweeden), on the 20th and 21st of January 2020.
The CODESKILLS4ROBOTICS project seeks to facilitate the development of programming and computational thinking skills among primary school students by producing a comprehensive set of tools designed for teachers, parents and policy-makers. Students will be introduced to coding through robotics, a channel which effectively initiates them to various STEM disciplines while promoting transversal employability skills such as problem-solving, leadership and creativity.
A big thank you to the hosting organization Hälsinglands Utbildningsförbund (SE), the coordinator of the project the NCSR “DEMOKRITOS” (GR), and the rest of the consortium the Lifelong Learning Platform (BEL), the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Crete (GR) and the Ελληνικό Μεσογειακό Πανεπιστήμιο – Hellenic Mediterranean University (GR) for the great cooperation.
