In the 21st century, as you connect with technology, you will also open the door to many possibilities that could enhance your everyday life.

The Erasmus+ DCCS Project ‘Digital Champions for Community Success – DCCS’ aims to embrace a new methodology on adult education, where apart from targeting the development of adult educators’ competences, it also aims to develop adult learners in order to become support champions in their own communities, helping their peers and motivating them.

Emphasys Centre presented on the 8th of July, the project and the material developed to key stakeholders (adult educators, social workers etc.) as well as to the ultimate beneficiaries of the project (vulnerable adults) who shared their experiences.

We would like to thank everyone who took part. Special thanks to Mrs Anna Patsalidou, Social Worker and Director of the Adult Care Centre ‘Agia Marina’ (Nicosia), who shared with us her experiences and expertise.

You can find out more about the project and the material developed through our online learning platform.
