❗ Social distancing and loneliness have accelerated during the pandemic which has caused an increase in the prevalence of internet addiction.
📱 The Erasmus+ I-AID Project aims to develop an online tool that will help adults who deal with situations of excessive preoccupation with the Internet/Screen to equip them with the skills to modify their behaviour.
👉 The 3rd Meeting was organised virtually on the 24th of February. Partners have discussed the progress of the project implementation and the following steps. The first version of the genie to be developed was presented which will integrate the Personalised Withdrawal Plans. These plans will aim to provide a personalized strategy to reduce screen time based on each individual needs.
🤝 We would like to thank our partners for the strong collaboration Civic (UK), Advancis (Portugal), AKNOW (Greece), Nottingham Trent University (UK) and CWEP (Poland).
