“The main statistical findings of Eurostat in 2011 showed that:
– Young people neither in employment nor in education and training are twice as many among persons with disabilities in the EU-28.
– Less than 10% of disabled people participated in education and training”.
πŸ“’πŸ‘‰ Emphasys Centre is collaborating with other partners, into a new Erasmus+ KA2 project: ‘READY, TEDDY GO! (RTG)’. This project aims to address the risks of social exclusion for children with special educational needs (SEN), by piloting an innovative approach to the development of key competences (social/ civic and digital). In addition, it will promote the expansion of knowledge of educators teaching SEN students via the development of a TEDDY Avatar equipped with a multi-module system that will respond to the diagnosed learning/ teaching needs of young SEN students.
πŸ’» During the hybrid meeting, the consortium examined the main objectives of the project, the main Project Results we will devise, in addition to discussions related to Quality Assurance, Evaluation and Dissemination.
