By January 21, 2022No Comments
đź’» Flexible working has rapidly gained ground globally, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a large number of both private and public organizations were not adequately prepared for this transition. While technical skills are important, soft skills are vital in order to be able to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing world.
👉Emphasys Centre participated on the 17th January 2022 in the online kick-off meeting of the new KA2 Erasmus+ project “New Work Culture (NWC): to get equipped for more flexible occupations”, which aims to equip HR Managers and VET providers with the appropriate knowledge, skills and tools in order to be able to support employees to adapt effectively in flexible working practices and address any potential challenges that might rise.
👉 During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to discuss the main objectives of the project, the overall activities and set the initial steps towards its implementation.
đź’Ż We would like to thank the coordinator of the project Association de Gestion des Fonds EuropĂ©ens and the rest of the partners DANMAR COMPUTERS SP ZOO, STICHTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FRIESLAND, Forum Citoyens – Burgers asbl, Med.O.R.O. scarl, G12 GRUPO EMPRESARIAL DE SERVICIOS for the excellent collaboration!
