
π In order to recognise the strategic significance of giving young people the skills they need for employment, respectable labour, and entrepreneurship, the United Nations General Assembly designated July 15 as World Youth Skills Day in 2014.
π― Since then, World Youth Skills Day activities have given young people, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) groups, businesses, employers’ and workers’ organisations, policymakers, and development partners a rare chance to converse.
π As the globe begins the transition to a sustainable form of development, participants have emphasised the growing significance of skills.
