🗓️ Between the 29th of August- the 3rd of September 2022, Emphasys Centre successfully organised the Erasmus+ KA1 course: Erasmus+ Efficient Project Management and Coordination!
Throughout this course, the trainers provided guidance and support for the efficient and effective implementation, participation, management and coordination of Erasmus+ projects in the fields of education, training, and youth.During the course, the participants had the opportunity to:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of project implementation and management
• Understand the needs and requirements of being a partner in a KA2 project
• Identify activities, tasks, roles and responsibilities
• Understanding the financial demands and requirements of an approved budget
• Gain first-hand experience of developing a dissemination and exploitation plan
• Understand the importance of quality assurance and monitoring
