‘People today really value workplace flexibility because it allows them to focus their energies on work and life as opposed to commuting’ – Ken Matos
The KA2 Erasmus+ project “New Work Culture (NWC): to get equipped for more flexible occupations”, aims to equip HR Managers and VET providers with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and tools in order to be able to support employees to adapt effectively in flexible working practices and address any potential challenges that might arise.
Emphasys Centre participated in the hybrid C1 training event organized in Lugo, Spain between the 31st of January – 2nd of February, where VET trainers from around Europe were informed about the project resources and results and took part in various workshops on how to design and deliver workshops with the aim to develop the skills of employees and HR managers to work in a remote environment.
We would like to thank the coordinator of the project Association de Gestion des Fonds Européens, the hosting organization GDOCE and the rest of the partners Danmar Computers, Business Development Friesland , Forum Citoyens – Burgers asbl, Med.O.R.O. scarl for the excellent collaboration!
