We are proud to announce our 10th ‘Good Practice’ project, ‘Erasmus+ KA2 Adult Project I-WELCOME – Reinforcing migrant women’s integration in society and the labour market‘! The main goal of the I-WELCOME project was to offer more opportunities for TCN women to enter the labor market and engage in the social life of the host country.
To achieve this, the following were developed:
πan up-skilling training programme for TCN women
πJob-shadowing schemes to apply the skills gained into practice
πa training programme for the Labour Market Stakeholders (LMS) to further develop their intercultural competencies and policies.
