🎉 Another KA2 Erasmus project is reaching a successful end! ✨
The Leadership for Diversity project conducted the final meeting and conference between the 4th and 5th of November 2024 in Antwerp, Belgium!
👉 The conference began on the 4th of November, with a welcome dinner for over 50 education leaders from all around the EU within the European School Heads Association (ESHA). Each dinner table had a representative from the L4D consortium, which facilitated a discussion and exchange of good practices with tackling the Diversity topic in each country. Many interesting and fruitful discussions came from this dinner and meeting a group of education leaders who want to make a difference.
💼 On the 5th of November, the Leadership for Diversity conference took place in the morning with an introduction to the project, 2 keynote speakers, a panel discussion, two workshops and a conclusion with open discussions. 🙌
💯 In the afternoon the final TPM took place, where the partners reflected on the conference, the final tasks to be finalised, dissemination, quality assurance and the elements needed for the final report.
