NEW INHERIT – Study visit in Germany!
✈️ Between the 24th – 28th of November 2024, Emphasys Centre along with 5 Cultural Ambassadors, travelled to Berlin, Erfut and Weimar for the Creative Europe project: INNOVATION 4 HERITAGE – Creating NEW talent through adaptive reuse of Heritage and Co-creation of Cultural space activation!

Our mission is to promote adaptive reuse of heritage sites to enhance the creative and cultural sectors, create jobs, and sustain culture and innovation. We emphasize co-creation, entrepreneurial mindset, and new approaches to curriculum building in Cultural Heritage adaptive reuse, supported by community consultation.

We gathered for professional and non-formal exchanges, exploring the past, present, and future of the Testbed at C*Space, BrotFabrik, OMA, Saline 34 and many more… Inspiring project presentations and explorations in both Berlin, Erfut and Weimar brought new insights, while reflections, tools testing, and framework development for local action shaped our shared goals!
