📅 Emphasys Centre hosted the final meeting of the Erasmus+ KA2 project ‘ StressOut Project—Modern Tools for Work-Related Stress Management’ on December 3rd, 2024, in Nicosia.
🧘♂️📲 STRESS OUT aims to provide tools and resources to employees and organizations to deal with work-related stress and raise awareness about the importance of taking care of our mental health. The meeting provided an opportunity for the partners to present and exchange feedback on the development of the STRESS OUT App which aims to help employers and employees to identify and prevent work-related stress and burnout!
