โจ From December 9th to 13th, our Erasmus+ project VISION hosted an inspiring C1 Training in Nicosia, Cyprus, designed for educators working with visually impaired individuals. Together, we explored innovative ways to teach environmental and sustainable topics while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.
๐ ๏ธ The training week included:
โจ Hands-on workshops for educators to learn about advanced digital tools designed to support visually impaired learners.
๐ฑ Focused sessions on the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) โ equipping participants to bring sustainability into inclusive education.
๐ Lastly, as part of the training, we had the privilege of visiting the St. Barnabas school for the Blind here in Cyprus. It was an eye-opening experience to see the amazing work this school does to empower its students and foster an inclusive learning environment. A heartfelt thank you to the school for warmly welcoming us and sharing their incredible work!

On Friday, December 13th, the Second Transnational Project Meeting took place at Emphasys Centre. This collaborative session brought partners together to:
๐ Discuss progress on the 3D-printed Comic Book for visually impaired learners โ a creative tool to make the SDGs accessible and engaging!
๐ Plan next steps, including dissemination, quality assurance, and future activities to further our mission.
