🥳HANDS TOGETHER is a new Erasmus + KA2 Adult Education Project, aiming to equip professionals with new competencies, while empowering the elderly with memory loss and early signs of dementia with personal and social skills through LLL and the utilisation of assistive technology.
👉On November 27th, the virtual KOM of HANDS TOGETHER took place, where partners got to know each other, as well as shared insightful information regarding the project’s aims and objectives.
