The Consortium of the ARTISTIMINDS project (Project: 101173645— ARTISTICMINDS — CREA-CULT-2024-COOP) is looking for an Evaluation Expert/Expert Team with previous experience in similar project evaluations.

Short summary:
The ArtisticMinds project aims to:
- upgrade the CCS through digitalisation and transitions towards a more sustainable, accessible and inclusive field
- use the transformative power of culture, creativity and art to enhance the inclusion and mental well-being of disadvantaged young artists with intellectual disabilities, fostering in this way, their personal growth and mental well-being, community engagement, competence development and professional attainment
- allow disadvantaged young artists with disabilities to foster talents and thrive in the CCS ensuring that they achieve their full potential and have equal rights with typically developing individuals.
Role and Responsibilities:
The selected Evaluation Expert will provide an external and independent guidance, supporting the Coordinator (Christos Stelios Ioannou Foundation – Cyprus) in the following tasks:
- Review relevant project documentation and evaluation data
- Participate in online meetings with the Coordinator, Project Quality Leader and/or the rest of the partners to discuss evaluation processes, data interpretation, and relevant issues.
- Organise virtual evaluation meetings every 6 months with Project Steering Committee
- Attend 2 Transnational Project Meetings in person
- Prepare an External Evaluation Report every 6 months (approx. 15-20 pages each) to assess the impact, usefulness, sustainability and transferability of project results and activities in regards to the needs of the target groups and the initial objectives of the project.
- Collaborate with the Quality Leader of the project
- Provide concrete feedback on relevant quality related documents, e.g. Quality Assurance Evaluation Plan, Progress Report, Final report
Eligibility Criteria:
- Previous experience in similar project evaluations with a focus on quality of outcomes
- Relevant expertise in the fields of education, disabilities, art, culture, mental health.
- Professional experience in projects related to the Creative Europe Programme
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Flexibility to travel during the evaluation period (1/3/2025-28/2/2027)
- Flexibility to participate in online meetings
- Strong interpersonal skills, including constructive feedback, collaborative problem-solving, active listening
- Ensured no conflict of interest
- Availability to start from 1/3/2025
Remuneration:
The total remuneration for this role is 10.000EUR. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered separately by the Coordinator of the project
