🌍 Emphasys at the Forum on Vocational Excellence 2025 – “Driven by learners, defined by excellence – and by inclusion!”
From 8–10 September 2025, Emphasys had the privilege to participate in the Forum on Vocational Excellence 2025 – “CoVE: Driven by learners, defined by excellence,” hosted in Kolding, Denmark. This important event brought together CoVEs, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Europe to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches in vocational education and training.
Emphasys represented the CoVE project INVESTech—Innovation Vocational Excellence and Sustainability in Tech and during the Forum, together with esteemed colleagues, we co-hosted the workshop:
“Because it hurts if one is excluded: Building Inclusive Spaces – Diversity and Inclusion Workshop.”
💡 This interactive session highlighted the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, focusing on:
✔️ Unconscious bias
✔️ Inclusive language
✔️ Practical strategies to build equitable and inclusive environments
We also had the chance to visit EuroSkills 2025 in Herning, where the skills, talent, and passion of young professionals from across Europe inspired us and underlined the strong link between skills excellence and the future of vocational education.
