The SMARCO consortium gathered in the beautiful city of Budapest for our 2nd Transnational Project Meeting — two days packed with strategy, collaboration, and forward-looking action for Smart Communities Skills in Europe 🇪🇺

Over the two days, partners:

✅ Reviewed the overall project progress, milestones & deliverables

✅ Advanced the Smart Communities Skills Strategy & Blueprint

✅ Presented short-term courses & Train-the-Trainers materials

✅ Aligned on the Piloting Plan & learner engagement activities

✅ Shaped the Work Plan & Implementation Roadmap

✅ Launched the Smart Communities Skills Partnership

✅ Strengthened communications, stakeholder engagement & strategic partnerships

From project management and quality assurance to skills intelligence, training rollout, and European-wide impact — this TPM marked a key milestone in turning strategy into action.

Beyond the meeting room, partners will also enjoy networking moments, a social dinner, and a cultural visit to the iconic Hungarian Parliament Building.
