
π MindMatters Transnational Meeting β Poland
On 26 March 2026, the partners of the MindMatters project Fundanja NOVA , Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Western Macedonia, KMOP – POLICY CENTER ASBL, Universidad de Valladolid, Emphasys Training Centre and Agrupamento de Escolas JosΓ© EstevΓ£o gathered in Poland for the second transnational project meeting (TPM2) in a hybrid format. The meeting offered a valuable opportunity for peer-to-peer exchange, reflection, and collaborative development of project outputs.
During the TMP2, partners:

Shared and discussed national project results and experiences in implementing MindMatters strategies across different countries

Reviewed and provided feedback on audiovisual materials, including podcasts with experts and practical case studies

Presented and refined national video infographics to make findings more accessible and engaging
β
Participated in the peer-to-peer review process, providing valuable feedback
As the project progresses, partners are now finalizing its key results, including an audiovisual European index of good practices featuring:
π― 30 good practices across partner countries
π― 12 video podcasts with experts
π― 6 national video infographics
This resource will showcase innovative approaches, tools, and strategies for promoting mental health and wellbeing in schools across Europe.
