🚀 Kick-off Meeting Success | CoRe 5G – Centres of Vocational Excellence for Resilient 5G Networks
We are proud to announce the successful launch of the Erasmus+ CoVE project CoRe 5G (Submission No. ERASMUS-EDU-2025-PEX-COVE-101260846), held on 5–6 May 2026 at OTE Academy in Marousi, Greece.
Bringing together 22 core partners and 8 associated partners from across Europe, CoRe 5G sets the foundation for a powerful transnational collaboration aimed at strengthening skills in 5G resilience, cybersecurity, and sustainable telecom infrastructure.
During the two-day meeting, partners:
🔹 Presented the overall vision and objectives of the project
🔹 Reviewed all Work Packages and defined key roles
🔹 Aligned on timelines and upcoming activities
🔹 Initiated collaboration across seven regional Centres of Vocational Excellence
🌍 CoRe 5G will bridge expertise across Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Greece, Slovenia, and Cyprus, creating a dynamic ecosystem that supports Europe’s digital and green transitions.
With ambitious goals—including the development of Innovation Labs with 5G testbeds, training 500+ professionals, and fostering strong industry partnerships—the project is set to make a lasting impact on vocational education and Europe’s digital resilience.
