Course Description

Have you wondered why students spend a lot of their free time playing video games? The answer is simple. It is captivating; it makes you repeatedly try until you succeed in your goal, and it is rewarding!
This course will introduce the primary school teacher to basic coding concepts, which will help teach programming to students and ways educators can incorporate coding in traditional classes such as mathematics, languages, and music.
We will be taking a close look at freely available tools which can be used by all primary school teachers.
The course includes five different coding platforms that will give a deep understanding of the best tools available today.
