ENTRE4ALL GOOD PRACTICE
Entre4ALL: An Innovative Outreach Programme To Equip Adults With Disabilities With Key Competences (Social Entrepreneurial And Digital)
Short Description
The ENTRE4ALL project introduces adults with a disability to the opportunity to acquire digital and entrepreneurial competences in order to be able to meet the needs of setting up and running a social enterprise.
Targeting young adults aged 18 to 30 years old with a disability, the project aims to ensure their access, social inclusion, gender equality and non-discrimination in the digitalized labour market.
Through the activities the consortium aims to provide the EU community with a Teaching Package for adult educators to support the acquisition of financial and entrepreneurial skills of adults with disabilities as employees or entrepreneurs. Moreover, the consortium seeks to strengthen adult educators’ profiles by upgrading the quality of the adult learning provided.
The fundamental objective of the project is to reach out the decision and policy-makers in an attempt to assist the provision of Continuing Professional Development for adult educators, which will eventually have an impact on disabled young adults’ employability skills in order to match the labour markets’ needs.
The consortium is comprised of highly experienced partners that bring to the project different, but also complementary knowledge and experiences to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
