PATH is designed as an innovative learning process using adult education methodologies tailored to 55+ individuals. It supports active ageing by guiding participants through self-assessment, training, learning by doing, and mentoring. The project addresses demographic challenges and labour shortages by developing scalable solutions for employers and policymakers, fostering long-term well-being, workforce participation, and sustainable ageing.
Needs Assessment
Have your say in planning the future! – International survey on active aging
The goal of the PATH project is to ensure that no one has to face the challenges of aging and the gradual transition from their profession alone. We want this period to be about new opportunities rather than uncertainty.
Why are we asking for your help?
We are currently mapping out how those between the age of 55 and retirement age think about this period. What is on your mind? What are your desires and goals, and what obstacles do you perceive? Your answers will help us tailor our planned in-person and online meetings, as well as our training programs, specifically to your needs.
Important information about the survey:
· Duration: The process takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
· Full anonymity: We do not ask for personal data; responses are analyzed only in aggregate.
· Utilization: The feedback received will be used directly to develop our training program and support services.
