New Work Culture: to get equipped for more flexible Occupations

Short Description

The Covid-19 pandemic has struck all the EU countries and the world in 2020. In addition to socio-health problems, states have given very strict directives to limit the mobility of citizens and then stop transmission of the virus. Such a situation took by surprise all organisations from public and private sectors throughout the world who had to find some solutions to carry on activities. As a result, flexible working has rapidly gained ground globally.

NWC project aims support this transition by targeting:
-employees,
-HR managers
-VET Professionals
with the goal to promote the development of key soft skills, which can assist in the personal and professional development of the individuals, but are also necessary in order to adapt in the modern evolving world.
